Cast thy burden

Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. Psalm 55:22

Life may be tough at times. It may seem that God may not be there. Me included. Especially when the examinations are round the corner. For my week, it can be described in one word: DEVASTATING. I bet many out there are also feeling that way. It may seem that God up there doesn't seem to even care, but the great fact is that he still does! After a hectic five day week it was finally Friday, and I had my youth cell/service. There was one song which really spoke out to me.

All things work for our good
though sometimes we can't
see how they could
struggles that break our hearts in two
sometimes blind us to the truth
Our Father knows what's best for us
His ways are not our own
so when your pathway grows dim
and you just can't see him,
remember He's still on the throne

God is too wise to be mistaken
God is too good to be unkind
So when you don't understand
When don't see his plan
When you can't trace his hand
Trust His Heart

He sees the master plan
He holds the future in his hand,
Don't live as those who have no hope,
while our hope is found in him.
We see the present clearly
but he sees the first and last
and like a tapestry He's weaving you and me,
to someday be just like him

He alone is faithful and true
He alone knows what is best for you

When you can't trace his hand
When you don't see his plan
When you don't understand
Trust His Heart

Trust God's heart. This song speaks out. When things seem wrong, trust God's heart. It may be hard to cast your burdens at times when He doesn't appear to be there, but if you do, then out of the tragedy will sprout victory. He knows the master plan! He will sustain you, so what are you waiting for? Cast your burdens upon the Lord now!
